You smurfed with the wrong girl!

Hiyaah! I am back with a small haul and some smurfalific mood xD

First off, I will rant about ze haulage! Okay, so I ordered wedges at Aldo since they were having a 70% off sale and I just got them last week & here they are.

The pair was only around 20$ which was a bargain for me xD And I've been eyeing this item since last year ^^

Then, on tuesday, after my apointment at the hospital, my mom and I spotted a sale at this store called Republic Collection. The clothing in stock wasn't that impressive, but I managed to grab a shirt and a shirt dress from there. I couldn't believe that they were only 10$ each!




















Here's the shirt dress that I've seen from chinese/japanese fashion blogs and the one that I've had my eyes on for a long time now. The only problem that I have with this is that the white shirt top piece is a see-through. Therefore, I have to wear something inside, but it'll be really tight on me because it was one size smaller. Sadness TTwTT Oh well, I might lose weight next year and be able to wear it *thumbs up*

This is the second purchase that I've made. It's very typical and very comfy especially in the winter time.

Afterwards, on wedenesday, after watching a movie, my friend and I went to the Viewshop. It's my number one korean makeup provider! We went there because my friend wanted to purchase a liquid liner that I highly recommended. However, she ended up losing it when we went to take refuge from the gruesome rain at a cafe TTwTT The thing was, she probably left it at the counter and the stupid people ordering later on just took it, and didn't even had the heart to give it to the cashier who'll eventually put it in the lost & found box. Like, WTF humans??! It's not a free toy, like when you get a happy meal at McDonald's! Anywho, I've purchased some items from the store and I ended buying the ones that I wasn't planning to get.

 First, I got the HD Etude House nail polish in a orange-ish colour because it was on sale. It went from 5,99$ to 2,99$ which was a great deal. Then, I was hesitating on getting the hand cream or the lip balm version of the Etude House Miss U collection. After hours of pondering, I finally chose the lip balm since I needed to try other products that will soften my lips. Price wise, it was kind of pricey, 9,49$. Packaging wise, it's really adorable! Finally, I got a toner to complete my night face routine. It was actually cheaper than the Vicky toner that my friend recommended, 15,19$.

To end this post with a bang, I FINALLY watched the Smurfs at Cinema Guzzo yesterday with my girl pals and it was AWESOME-INGLY HILARIOUS/ADORABLE! The graphics were just epicly amazing, as expected of Sony Pictures. The story was lacking a bit of something, but the smurfs just brushes that away. And, I highly recommend this movie to anyone. I mean, my friends and I weren't ashamed of being the only 17 year-olds in the room filled with kids and their parents. For a second, I even felt like I was going back to my childhood days xD

Anyway, that's it for today guys. I will talk to you guys about my Otakuthon weekend on the next post. And I can't wait to take pictures this time. Actually, my friends and I volunteered this morning for that event and it was a busy day, helping guys carry merchandises and stuff inside the truck. Unloading them from the truck after we went back to the Oaku place. Then, we ended up working more, getting the magazine inside the bag. Like, tons of magazines. I even had a paper cut TTwTT.It was tiring, but it was becoming a memorable 2nd year of Otakuness because my two other friends attended this event this year. Hellow everyone. I just went out with my friends and we went to the beach. It was that time of month to finally go to the beach before school starts. And Man, it was H-O-T! But, it was very fun. Why am I blogging about this two days later? Well, it's because I was busy yesterday & I went to the beach again today with another party. Anywho, here are the pictures:

Made sandcastle, kind of xD. Tanned, not really. Oh, and the worst thing ever happened. At first, we went to play in the water, but then a lifeguard woman came out of nowhere and told us that people who had clothes on couldn't play in the water. I was freaggin' mad. But, I didn't unleash my Mad Monkey mode, because I am a woman afterall. So, we installed ourselves to another location, on a small hill to be exact. And we blew bubbles instead xD

It was soo much fun failing at blowing bubbles out of the plate xD

Then, instead of going home, my friends taught me into karaoke-ing. My wallet !!TTwTT. But, I don't regret it because it turned out to be a total blast! Too bad I can't post any pics with my friends' faces on it.

THANK YOU FOREVER21! & Hellow Fairydrops!

Hi guys! So yesterday, my friend and I went to Fairview Point Claire. Best mall centre ever! I actually saw balletandpinkroses on the bus on the way to the mall, but didn't have the courage to talk to her. I think she's s awesome & I never thought that she was in Montreal.

Anyway, I had the intention to buy the Fairydrops Tokyo mascara at Sephora since I got a mail informing me about it's debut here in America. Now, I've seen beauty guru Jean, of frmheadtotoe on youtube, use this mascara in most of her tutorials. That made me want to purchase it. The one that came out was 14A Scandal Queen. So, I bought it & here it is!

I haven't tried it yet, but I will do a review on it later on, after I've used it a couple of times. In fact, I actually like this packaging compared to the hotpink & blue one from Japan. Which looks like this: 



Although it is pricey (around 32$ tax included), I didn't really care, because I needed a daily mascara that I could use at school. This product is actually replacing my Lancome Hypnose mascara that weren't made for my lashes at all.

Next, I've actually talked about my rave over these boots I saw at Forever21 the other day, but couldn't find it in stock at that store. Well, guess what? I found them in the Forever21 at Fairview Mall.

The pink box is just the Fairydrops Mascara. Now, the pair of boots wasn't at all pricey in my opinion (41$, tax included) compared to the ones at Yellow (roughly around 50$). And I was so happy that I finally had them. I've been wanting boots like these ever since. Can't wait to wear them on! On the picture, it might seem like a lighter brown, but it's actually darker than that.

Haiyaaahh! Do you guys like the new layout? I am very pleased with it. Especially the header because I'm proud of the self-taken picture that I took ^^ A little bit of Gimp magic made the picture even more epic xD Then, I decided to go for red this time around since I wanted to alternate from summer to fall.

Anyway, moving on to the blogging xD, I went out today to celebrate my friend's oldness. Jokes jokes, 17th birthday. We hanged out at Downtown & walked outside until we could find a restaurant where we can eat in. Unfortunately, we got tired & went to eat at Atwater mall. We had some pizza xD

WHERE HAVE YOU BEEN YUNEE?!

Eheee. Heyllow! I got ubducted by monkey-form aliens? O.O Ok, no. Honestly, I was busy with school & all.

Graduating was the best thing that happened to my ooh so eek senior year.  A lot has happened since my last post, that was like 5 months ago? I was busy with finals & preparation for prom that I was too lazy to open my pc & blog. Honestly, I thought that blogging was pointless since no one really reads my posts. But, I just realized that every nooby blogger started out this way. So, I just need to post things that really define me as a person and wait until lovers come see me {^w^} In addition, I got a laptop = highspeed internet connection. Not like my old pc that takes hours to open up & upload pics xD.

Anywho, Imma sum up my MIA moments:

- April: Looking for my "ideal" prom dress/ shoes

- May: friend's birthday (Aizel), preparing for prom, studying for finals *procrastination*

- June: Dying in classes for 2 hours doing finals, got my SONY laptop, got my flash for camera, Prom, friend's birthday, seeing my doctor

- July: Chilling with girl pals (had my first purikura pics. Woohoo~), chilling with good old friends, seeing doctor, surgery, staying home for a week, watching animes, watching movies, finally recovered from surgery...

And, that was yesterday! My surgeon told me that all was A-ok and that I could resume my daily activities. So, today, I celebrated my friend's 18th birthday. Man, you gotta love someone who's celebrating their oldness before you xD Anywho, we went to downtown and ate some souvlaki. Yummm~ Then, he planned on shopping for shoes at Aldo since they were on sale. And guess what? I ended up buying some accessories.

Now, I bought the feathered earring (15$) because I soo wanted them. My addiction grew even stronger after watching Aftershcool red's MV. Omo, like Kahi had loads of feather extension on her hair. I had to buy long feathered earrings no?

Now,for the other pair of earrings (6$). I watched Captain America last night, with my BFF at the theatres and I fell in love with Captain America, a.k.a Chris Evans. When I saw these earrigs, i thought of the hero's shield, with a white star in the middle. And, you guys know I love stars. So, I had to get it. They had the big ring to match it with, but it was too expensive.

After that, we went to Forever21 & I just went gaga over a pair of brown mid-high boots. It was the "dream" boots that I was looking for. Unfortunately, they didn't have it in stock at the store. Well, that's what I presumed since I couldn't find it anywhere there. Yah, sue me for not asking an employee if they had it in store! I was hesitant as well since I need to save money for College fees & all.

So, all I got were a blouse and a shirt. And guess how much it cost me? 42$ of LIFE!! TwT I need to get a job ~ Oh, and the white pair of shoes on the pic is from Yellow. It was on sale for 12,99$ Good deal hey?

Then, we went at Atwater. We went in Winners & I tried out a blouse I was eyeing for a while now.

They had a grey & jean-ish blue one, but the black suits me better. Don't you think? I didn't buy it though 'cause I ended up returning it to the rack. xD I'm always like that.

Finally, here's an OOTD (Outfit of the day). This is my first, so don't judge me pweez {> ~ <} Oh, don't mind the doodling on my face. I thought it was a good idea since my face was very awkward then.

Collective march haul + college placement exam

Aiyyaaaah Marshmallah Eaterz! I've been sooo happy lately, but a bit tired. I just finished watching the 1st season of Pretty Little Liars this weekend and I'm already anticipating the next one. Meee wifey EMILY!! XD Anyway, this morning, I went to do my english placement exam and it was okay. Greater English than what's tought at school, as expected. I was stressing out on the written essay, but I managed to write more than the demanded number of words. Teehee. And just to make my day even wonderful, my friend also took his placement exam at the same College where I was at. I finished my business over there, but I waited for him to get rid of his french exam. Yes, get rid because that's his most hated subject. So, I waited for him for about an hour. God it was so long! Luckily, he offered to pay for lunch as an apology for making me wait for him. I had time to kill before my appointment at the doctor's.

I so wanted to wat at this korean place (TwT), but I didn't wanted him to spend too much. Sorry if the pictures are mediocre. I had my old camera with me. 

Now, Imma show you guys what I brought there and then I'll be continuing on with past stuff that I bought this february. 

Ok, so I got plenty full of goodies when my friend & I intented to ''window shop" after we ate. Couldn't resist buying something. Don't you just hate impulsive shopping? I do that often especially when I get in a really good mood. But, just to tell you guys, my friend bought some of these for me. He insisted XD 

First, we went to the ViewShop. I intentionally wanted to buy the Super BB cream from Skin79 for prom. I've heard lots of raves about it. So, why not get my hands on one? Then, I got a skinfood & etude house nose  patches because my blackheads are really starting to bother me. Then I bought a cleansing foam from Missha because i wanted to try it out since it was only around 2$. Finally, I bought a nail polish from faceshop in order to get me a VIP Card. I needed to spend 35$ cosmetics to get that thing! And I also got free samples from Laneige which I'm only going to just before prom. Don't want it to go to waste. 

Couldn't stop myself from buying these cute hair accessories there as well and, to top it off, they were inexpensive. Retailing from 0,99$ to 3$. Well, for me, they were free because my friend payed them for me.

Then, on our way to the metro, I spotted a sale going on at Ardene. When I was going through the hair accessories aisle, I found my self staring at these cute asian-like-vibed hair accessories. Seeing that I couldn't get my eyes off them & that I was reaching out for my debit card, my friend insisted on paying half of pay. Hey, it's not my fault his father owns a company back in Korea. I was feeling guilty at that time okay, but then I remembered that he still owed me my birthday gift which he was supposed to hand in 3 months ago.  

Anyway, that's what happened today. Now Imma show you guys my other purchases this month.

I asked my mom if she can order the Sheseido set that was in the Avon catalogue last month and it arrived 2 weeks ago. I got so excited, but in the end, I only ended up getting my hands on the roller-on perfume. My mom kept the rest for herself. Psssht!

Then, my friend (same as the one who I was talking about before) bought me this Korean dictionary because he wanted me fail at it. (TwT) Sooo MEAN! I'm trying to get a hang of it though. Kekeke. SHINee&B2ST Oppas here I come.

Then, I bought this remote control gadget for my camera with a reflector. Impulsive shopping again (-_-'')

Heyllow Marshmallah Eaterz! I've been dying to post something since monday but I procrastinated, me being lazy & all these days. My PC was being all dramatic on me lately as well. I really need to get a laptop (-_-"). Speaking of laptops, I finally recieved a letter from the College where I applicated, but it was only a requirement stating that I needed to take an English exam next tuesday. Ahhhh, I was soo getting my hopes up, wanting to have been accepted (TwT) ! My admission is currently being considered. Aigooo! Hopefully, I'll pass this exam & finally get it.  

Moving on, I have a mini haul to show you guys. But, let me be frank with you, this will be a small post. Don't tell me you haven't been told. I went to my local drugstore this past weekend in hopes of getting my hands on THE perfect revlon lipstick colour I intend to wear on my prom night. Those lipsticks were on sale for around 4$. Great deal ey? Unfortunately, the colours were all ugly. Nevertheless, some other things caught my eye & they were nail polishes on sale.

Forgot to mention that the Carmex cherry flavoured lip balm was on sale for about 2$.

First off, Nicole by O.P.I nail polishes were just 6$. So I had to get them because they were usually for 11$. Great bargain! I wanted to buy another one, but I'm saving my money for prom & school album expences.

 

Next up is this Gosh nail polish which I was kinda hesiting on getting because I wasn't sure that it was gonna live up to my expectations about high end products & all. It was on sale for 5$. I LOVED ze colour which I thought would go great with my prom dress-well, the prom dress I intend to get.

So that's it for my mini haul. Now. I haven't forgotten my promise to show the T-shirt that I bought last time with my black tote bag. Sorry for the fat-faced expression here XD.

Forgot to mention one thing, I went to the MusicFest this friday & my group won silver which kinda left me speechless. Not in a good way though. I mean, I honestly think that we deserved more like a bronze. But, I'm happy that we won silver since this is my senior year & I want to end it with a BANG.

No, it isn't a violin! It's a TROMBONE for Pete's sake! XD (inside joke)
